TV&ME is a resource for educators and parents that addresses media issues that affect children. Wrapped around a series of "Teachable Television Moments," TV&ME provides comprehensive lesson plans which address media literacy, and healthy life coping skills, such as anger management, problem solving, self-esteem and decision-making. (Grades K-8)

The kit includes:

• a video containing a series of public service announcements (PSAs) created by CCA, on a wide variety of media-related topics
  
  
• lesson plans to accompany the video
  
  
• skills extension activities to promote learning across the curriculum
  
  
• "A Step Further" section to allow you to link the learning experiences with home and community
  
  
• "Peer Teaching" opportunities to help you promote leadership and a sense of community in the classroom
