Quebecor/Sun Media control 21.7 per cent of daily newspaper circulation in Canada, with 15 daily newspapers.
Torstar Corp. controls 14.2 per cent of Canada's daily newspaper circulation (five daily newspapers).
Thomson Corp. controls 10.7 per cent of daily newspaper circulation in Canada (six newspapers).
Power Corp. controls 5.7 per cent of daily newspaper circulation in Canada, with two daily papers.
Halifax Herald Ltd. owns two daily newspapers comprising 2.3 per cent of daily newspaper circulation in Canada.
Brunswick News Inc.(owned by the Irving family) controls 2.2 per cent of circulation in Canada, with four daily newspapers.
Annex Publishing Inc. publishes two daily newspapers for 0.3 per cent of Canadian circulation.
